We service the entire metropolitan area, including all surrounding suburbs. There may be a small travel fee for locations outside our immediate service area, which we'll disclose before scheduling your service.

For emergency service calls, we typically respond within 4 hours. Standard service calls are scheduled within 24 hours. We also offer same-day service for most repairs when you call before noon.

Yes, we offer customized maintenance contracts that include regular cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance for your office equipment. These contracts can significantly reduce unexpected breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment.

We service all major brands including HP, Canon, Xerox, Brother, Epson, Kyocera, Ricoh, and more. If you don't see your brand listed, give us a call - we likely still service it!

For our maintenance contract customers, we do offer loaner equipment when repairs will take more than 24 hours. For non-contract customers, loaner equipment may be available for an additional fee.

Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. However, we offer emergency after-hours service for an additional fee. Call our main line and you'll be connected with our on-call technician.
